  • generation of a 32768 Hz clock signal (customized on request)

    • frequency monitor (null, low and high frequency detection)
    • frequency glitch detectors (positive and negative glitch detection)
  • power supply voltage range: core supply voltage ±10%
  • operating junction temperature range: -40°C to 125°C
  • electrical characteristics of a 65 nm CMOS implementation:
    • power supply voltage range: 1.2 V ±10%
    • frequency tolerance smaller than ±0.05%
    • duty-cycle comprised between 30% and 70%
    • setup time shorter than 1 s
    • operating current consumption lower than 10 µA
    • silicon area smaller than 0.2 mm²
